EUROSIC management aims to highly improve the quality of manufactured products, to permanent increase the level of training, awareness and involvement of all the personnel in the company, to ensure all necessary conditions for compliance with the legislation on environment protection, health and safety and to increase the level of our customers’ satisfaction, which is in fact our main business purpose.
Since the beginning of our activity (first ISO certification occurred in 1996) we were constantly concerned by the permanent quality improvement, analyzing in full detail the manufacturing flow together with the associated processes, in order to find the methods to reduce and finally to eliminate the non-quality.
First of all, our products comply with the relevant international, european and local standards and principally with IEC 61439 series of international standards.
Our Quality Inspection Team is in charge with this mission. They check the purchased material, inspect and supervise the production flow – to eliminate the risk of hidden flaws and at the end of the process they perform the final inspection. If required, the client can participate at this stage too. According to the norm the final inspection consists of:
- design verification;
- visual inspection of the assembly;
- routine tests concerning the constructive features (degree of protection, clearence and creepage distances, protective measures against the electric shock, integrity of protective circuits, etc.) and performance (dielectric properties, insulation resistance and operational performance).
All the tools and meters used for inspection are mentained, supervised and periodically approved, according to the general quality rules.
The Integrated Management System of EUROSIC is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified, with the certificates periodically renewed by the RINA SIMTEX certification body.
